Quran - Explicit Words of Who?

Is Quran the Word of God?

2 Tim 3:16-17, "All Scripture is given by inspiration
of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for
instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly
equipped for every good work."

Paul tells us in these verses about the Bible that
it is "God breathed" or given by God Himself. Bible study notes
say, "Part of the term translated "inspired" (pneustos,
Gk.) is derived from pneuma (Gk.), meaning "spirit." Peter says
how prophets of God received prophecy in
2nd
Peter 1:21, "holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy
Spirit."
Paul further writes to Timothy
why Scripture was given. He gives the reason that Scripture is profitable
for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,
that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good
work.

The bottom line is, 'Scripture is given to equip a person
for every good work' and given by Holy Spirit or Spirit of God. Holy Spirit
is holy and there is no sin in Him. So when we examine anything which
people call word of God, should be examined whether it leads to holiness,
good work, profitable for doctrine, for correction and useful for making
a person godly.

Now let us look whether Quran fulfills these criteria or
not?

1. Inspired by God or given by Holy Spirit?:

If you look at the life of Muhammad the founder of
Islam, we see that he was willing to marry his adopted son's wife. So
he got these words from Allah in

Surah 33:50, "O Prophet! We have made lawful to
thee thy wives to whom thou hast paid their dowers; and those whom thy
right hand possesses out of the prisoners of war whom Allah has assigned
to thee; and daughters of thy paternal uncles and aunts, and daughters
of thy maternal uncles and aunts, who migrated (from Makka) with thee;
and any believing woman who dedicates her soul to the Prophet if the Prophet
wishes to wed her;- this only for thee, and not for the Believers (at
large); We know what We have appointed for them as to their wives and
the captives whom their right hands possess;- in order that there should
be no difficulty for thee. And Allah is Oft- Forgiving, Most Merciful."

In other words, marrying his adopted son's wife was
made legal as we read in
Surah 33:37. Behold!
Thou didst say to one who had received the grace of Allah and thy favour:
"Retain thou (in wedlock) thy wife, and fear Allah." But thou
didst hide in thy heart that which Allah was about to make manifest: thou
didst fear the people, but it is more fitting that thou shouldst fear
Allah. Then when Zaid had dissolved (his marriage) with her, with the
necessary (formality), We joined her in marriage to thee: in order that
(in future) there may be no difficulty to the Believers in (the matter
of) marriage with the wives of their adopted sons, when the latter have
dissolved with the necessary (formality) (their marriage) with them. And
Allah.s command must be fulfilled.

So we can easily understand that Quran is not given
by Holy Spirit and Quran is not inspired by God because the Bible tells
us that God cannot tolerate any kind of sin, adultery, fornication and
any kind of wrong doings. Bible is very clear about sin and its consequences.
But through the above Surahs, Quran does not warn a sinner from committing
sin. Instead Allah encourages sin with his words.
